1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing and using the services provided by TJG Pressure Washing, you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services. These terms apply to all visitors, customers, and others who access or use our pressure washing services.
2. Services Provided
TJG Pressure Washing provides professional residential and commercial pressure washing and power washing services. Services include but are not limited to exterior building cleaning, driveway cleaning, deck and patio cleaning, sidewalk cleaning, and other surface cleaning as agreed upon. All services are subject to availability and scheduling confirmation.
3. Booking and Scheduling
Service appointments can be scheduled through our online booking system or by contacting us directly. All bookings are subject to confirmation by TJG Pressure Washing. We reserve the right to reschedule appointments due to weather conditions, equipment issues, or other unforeseen circumstances. Customers will be notified as soon as possible of any schedule changes.
4. Payment Terms
Payment is due upon completion of services unless otherwise agreed upon in writing. We accept cash, check, and major credit cards. For commercial clients, net 30-day payment terms may be available upon approval. A deposit may be required for large projects. Late payments may be subject to additional fees. All prices quoted are estimates and may be adjusted based on actual work performed.
5. Cancellation and Refund Policy
Customers may cancel or reschedule appointments with at least 24 hours notice without penalty. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours notice may be subject to a cancellation fee. If TJG Pressure Washing must cancel due to weather or other circumstances, no fees will be charged and services will be rescheduled at no additional cost.
6. Customer Responsibilities
Customers are responsible for ensuring access to water and electrical outlets if needed. Please remove or secure any fragile items, decorations, or obstacles from the work area. Customers should inform us of any special concerns, delicate surfaces, or areas to avoid before service begins. Pets should be secured during service for safety reasons.
7. Liability and Insurance
TJG Pressure Washing is fully insured and takes every precaution to protect your property. While we exercise professional care, pressure washing may reveal pre-existing damage or cause damage to deteriorated surfaces. We are not liable for damage to surfaces that are already compromised, improperly installed, or beyond their useful life. Any concerns should be reported immediately upon completion of service.
8. Warranty and Satisfaction Guarantee
We stand behind the quality of our work and strive for complete customer satisfaction. If you are not satisfied with our service, please contact us within 48 hours of service completion so we can address your concerns. We will make reasonable efforts to remedy any legitimate service issues at no additional charge.
9. Changes to Terms
TJG Pressure Washing reserves the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to our website. Your continued use of our services after any changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms. We encourage you to review these terms periodically.
